Note |
Orders Hub is not supported on Elo V1 devices. |
The Orders Hub screen in the Toast POS app displays all off-premise orders. An order is considered off-premise if the dining behavior is: Takeout, Delivery, or Curbside. The following sections describe the various features and functions available on the Orders Hub screen and how you can use them to streamline online order fulfillment at your restaurant.
Note |
The Orders Hub screen can be used on a non Toast Autofire™ device, however at least one Toast POS device in the restaurant must be configured to autofire. |
To use the Orders Hub screen, you must have the 1.5 Pending Orders Mode/Orders Hub Mode permission. From Toast Web, choose Employees > Employee management > Jobs to open the Jobs page. Select the job title to edit the permissions. For more information about permissions, see POS access permissions.
Current takeout and delivery quote times are displayed at the top of the Orders Hub screen. You can configure these times in the Quote time strategy section in Toast Web.
Note |
If you're using the order price quote time strategy, quote times associated with the first price interval are displayed. |
